Candidate CV Pool Replication  

Candidate pool replication allows you to run multiple separate instances of evolve (for different operating businesses for example) & share Candidate CVs between them!

New for evolve V5, the candidate CV Pool sync plugin allows workflow driven replication of CV pools between different evolve builds.

With optional workflow customisation to allow you to set the criteria for how and when that happens, you can set things up so that - for example, any candidate that hasn't been placed in system A after 10 days is automatically replicated to system B, allowing you to make the most of the candidate resourcing each group is undertaking.
