evolve OutlookSync™

New for V5, evolve offers seemless integration with Microsoft Outlook.

One of the most exciting developments for evolve V5 the OutlookSync module offers recruiters the opportunity to boost productivity with seamless integration between evolve and Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Available in 2 configurations, OutlookSync runs alongside the built in evolve email client (which continues to be available for many of the unique features it offers), integrating with the platform's standard recruitment workflow to provide the same level of audit and tracking but with the added benefit of the familiar Outlook interface for email and diary management.

For both version, support for 3rd party mobile devices* including Blackberry® and Windows Mobile®/ Active Sync® is also now possible, opening up new possibilities for on-the-move working with evolve™.

Product versions

OutlookSync Standard - Features high-speed sync for Client contacts, Diary & Tasks, with the ability to "Quick Search' direct from the Outlook Interface.

OutlookSync Enhanced- Including all of the features above, the OutlookSync Enhanced offers seemless 2-way email integration (including attachment support). New Dashboard widget to show real-time inboud email activity. Email (in and out) automatically tagged/ recorded against evolve records with a full Audit trail.

Admin Options

The OutlookSync module is fully configurable at both a company-wide (globa)l and personal recruiter level to allow system administrators to selectively enable or disable each of the sync services, giving you full control over what data is exposed through Outlook.

Availability
