1. How do I arrange to see a demo of Evolve?
You can either telephone our head office 01252 333344
or, alternatively, email info@evolvedb.co.uk
2. We have limited in-house technical experience/knowledge
- would this be a problem for integrating Evolve into our
company?
Not at all. When Evolve is implemented into your
working environment, we become your technical department for
the software and hardware running the system. All you need
is a desktop PC or a laptop with Internet Explorer 5.5 or
above and a broadband Internet connection.
3. Do I need a server, which I understand is costly to
purchase, to use the Evolve software?
No, you don't need any hardware other than a PC. We have
our own servers based securely in London that your data will
be stored on. We look after the hardware, whilst you concentrate
on recruiting.
4. Which recruitment sector is Evolve aimed at?
Evolve is targeted at the following recruitment
markets:
- All recruitment companies involved in both contract and
permanent placements.
- Executive Search and Selection
- Headhunting
5. Can you link different branch locations?
Evolve is designed to be totally global. You can
have as many branch locations as you require linked into the
same database. Not only can branch locations be linked but those
staff who work based from their home can also be linked into
the database.
6. Can you provide me with a selection of your customers
who would be happy to supply a testimonial about Evolve?
Yes, we would be delighted to do so.
7. How easy is it to transfer my current database date into
Evolve.
Very straight forward. We can provide you with a list of the
fields that Evolve has. We are able to import data
from almost any database.
8. If my data is stored on your servers based in London, how
secure is my data?
Your data is very secure. The data is held at Redbus
Interhouse, the same location chosen by many of the UK's
leading banks and financial institutions. The data itself
resides in its own partitioned database. All network communication
is encrypted using standards developed for the banking industry.
