Mid and Back Office Integration

Integration options for mid and back office systems are central to the integrated philosophy of evolve™.

It allows automatic data transfer between evolve and almost any third party system, whether run by you internally or by an outsourced service supplier.

In its simplest form, this can take the form of an automatic static download (by email for example) in a standard import format. We support a range of popular systems including Sage and Tempest.

For processing higher volumes, we also offer a SOAP (web service) toolkit service. This offers a mechanism for query and data export, as well as real-time checksum validation allowing near-real time event-driven systems to be built.

If you’re looking for an off-the-shelf outsourced arrangement, we also have a number of partners we can recommend including Inside Out, Hydra and GIANT Service Group. With full integration already in place, this outsourced option is a highly effective 'turnkey solution' delivering significant cost savings over in-house options.

Static Data Exports offer weekly (or more frequent) automatic export and download of perm and contract placement data in several formats including Tempest and Sage. This can be quickly customised to other third party back office systems.
